Transformation isn’t a glow-up.
It’s not aesthetic.
And it’s definitely not linear.

Real transformation feels like:

identity loss,
emotional exhaustion,
grief for who you used to be,
and confusion about what comes next.

Happy Habits exists for people who are already in that space — not for people trying to bypass it.

About.

MEET ZAJÉ

I’m Zajé.

I didn’t build this method from theory.
I built it while my life was actively falling apart.

Through depression, anxiety, identity loss, grief, motherhood, and a long spiritual awakening, I realized something simple but confronting:

Most of who we think we are is just a collection of habits built for survival.

When those habits stop working, it doesn’t mean you failed.

It means you’re being asked to rebuild — differently.

That’s what this work supports.

WHO THIS IS FOR / NOT FOR

This space is for you if:

You feel like your old life or identity no longer fits

You’re spiritually aware but practically overwhelmed

You want habits that support your nervous system, not fight it

You need change that works in real life — not ideal conditions

This space is not for you if:

You want quick fixes or constant motivation

You’re looking for someone to tell you who to be

You thrive in high-pressure, productivity-driven environments

Not ready to step inside yet?

If you’d like a gentle way to experience this work,
I offer a short grounding audio for times of change.

It’s a quiet place to settle, with no expectations.

You’ll also have the option to join my email list, where I share future live experiences when they’re available.

You need containment.

You need a place where:
nothing is rushed.
nothing is forced.
and you don’t have to perform healing.

Sometimes words are too much.
Sometimes your body needs sound first.

I create music and soundscapes to support regulation, reflection, and emotional processing — especially when you’re too tired to “do the work.”

This is optional support, not another thing to keep up with.

faq

Is this coaching or therapy?

No. This is not coaching or therapy. I don’t tell you what to do or try to move you toward a specific outcome. I offer a structured space for reflection, careful listening, and language, so you can make sense of what’s happening without performance or urgency.

Is Happy Habits religious?

No. Happy Habits is a spiritual guide rooted in universal principles , not religious doctrine. It honors your unique path.

Who are these for?

This space may be supportive if you are wanting to stay intact while something changes; are at a personal or identity threshold; feeling internally conflicted or frozen; craving clarity without advice; or are sensitive to high-pressure growth spaces.

Do I need the workbook?

The book stands alone, but the workbook deepens your transformation with guided exercises and reflection space.

You don’t have to know where you’re going yet.
You just need somewhere steady to stand.

Start gently.
