I articulate what’s happening during times of inner transition — so people can move with awareness instead of urgency.

But more than that: I create spaces through music, through words, through experiences,
where people can shed what they inherited, celebrate who they’re becoming, and remember they’re not doing this alone.

THE WORK

My work centers on:

Ancestry and inherited patterns — understanding how trauma, oppression, and survival strategies shaped the habits we carry today.

Love as liberation — choosing self-compassion and community care over force and perfectionism.

The Future Self as compass — not as an aspirational fantasy, but as a relational guide for who you’re becoming.

Celebration as practice — honoring the journey, even the messy parts, because transformation doesn’t require suffering.

This work lives in multiple forms:

As knowledge:
The Happy Habits book and resources offer practical, spiritual guidance for understanding your habits and building new ones rooted in love.

As sound:
Music I create (often with my husband) that holds space for feeling, processing, celebrating. For when words aren’t enough.

As experience:
Live events where we gather to practice love, ritual, and celebration in community. Music, movement, and meaning woven together.

CREDENTIALS & EXPERIENCE

Author of Happy Habits
Recording Artist & Producer
Grammy-winning artist collaborations
TV/Film sync placements
Quantum Leap Meditation Leader
Integrative Wellness & Life Coach

But honestly? The most important credential is this: I’ve done the work myself.
I understand what it means to inherit pain, to function while falling apart, to discover that healing isn’t linear and becoming isn’t comfortable.

This work comes from lived experience, deep study, and a genuine belief that we can build new ways of being human together.

THE PARTNERSHIP

Much of this work is co-created with my husband Seafus “S.Muzic” Richardson.
Together we produce music and experiences that honor the full spectrum of transformation,
from quiet introspection to ecstatic celebration.

His gift is creating sonic landscapes that let people feel without thinking.
My gift is creating space where people can process and celebrate.
Together, we build experiences that are healing without being therapeutic, celebratory without being superficial.

WHY “HAPPY HABITS”?

Because happiness isn’t about forced positivity or toxic gratitude.

Real happiness comes from living in alignment with who you’re becoming — not who you had to be to survive.
It comes from building habits rooted in love, compassion, and celebration rather than fear, shame, or force.

Happy Habits is about learning to live fully, not perfectly.
